...that is where it started for me. That was when I knew I had a gift. I believe meditation and mindfulness are very powerful and can have lasting positive impacts on one's perspective and way of being. Early in 2025, I found out how that power is magnified joyously and abundantly when we share the gift of mindfulness and meditation with each other. After six years of consistent meditation practice, study, and lived experience, this is what I have decided to do with the rest of my life. Combined with my knowledge and experience from a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Neuroscience, I embody a creative and spiritually grounded approach to mindfulness and meditation.
